Sponsored by the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative Experiential Learning Program, CCI has collaborated with CTEWorkforce, a workforce technology company, to deliver the Technology Enabled Engagement with Mentoring™ program or TEEM for short. Over the past five years, hundreds of students and cybersecurity professionals have successfully completed the program and emerged with the cybersecurity skills and experience necessary to make them workplace ready.

Why TEEM Works...

• Students take the lead throughout the TEEM program, allowing mentors to focus on providing feedback, guidance, encouragement, and professional insight. This removes classic mentor barriers, making participation easy and effective.
• This structured approach facilitates access to the next generation of cybersecurity talent, with minimal time commitment – one hour a week for six-weeks. Mentors receive an industry-backed certificate recognizing their service and leadership development.

• Once you're directed to the TEEM homepage – click on the Register button in the upper right corner. Complete and submit the form.
