From the 2025 Commonwealth Cyber Initiative Experiential Learning Program, CCI has supported and funded CTEWorkforce, a workforce technology company, to deliver the Technology Enabled Engagement with Mentoring™ program or TEEM for short. Over the past five years, hundreds of students have successfully completed the program and emerged with the cybersecurity skills experience necessary to make them workplace ready.

Become a mentor and help shape the career of a student. We’re excited to share that theaward-winning Technology Enabled Engagement with Mentoring (TEEM) program, sponsored by the Commonwealth Cyber Initiative, is back this year, kicking off in September with multiple cohorts running through mid-2026.
Why TEEM Works...
Students take the lead throughout TEEM, allowing mentors to focus on providing feedback, guidance, encouragement, and professional insight. This removes classic mentor barriers, making participation easy and effective.
This structured approach allows you, the next generation of cybersecurity talent, to mentor with minimal time commitment – one hour a week for six-weeks. Mentors receive an industry-backed certificate recognizing their service and leadership development.
