TEEM is an award-winning mentee-driven learning program that facilitates online mentoring with an industry professional, for Virginia college students interested in a cybersecurity career.

Students take the lead throughout TEEM, allowing mentors to focus on providing feedback, guidance, encouragement, and professional insight. This removes classic mentor barriers, making participation easy and effective.
This structured approach facilitates access to the next generation of cybersecurity talent, with minimal time commitment – one hour a week for six-weeks. Mentors receive an industry-backed certificate recognizing their service and leadership development.
